They were always available and responsive, making us feel well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and a working air conditioner. The breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel's location, although a bit away from the main action, offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay at Nelinsa and would highly recommend it to others.

Excellent staff service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. The staff was really kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms were really comfortable and clean, which allowed us to have a good night's sleep. the food was simply delicious and full of flavor.
The hotel was a bit remote and we had trouble finding it without a local guide. However, the location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, which allowed us to relax and disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle.

The room was smaller than shown online and crowded with furniture. the hot water was just lukewarm.
